Packages are sent out from our Supplier’s fulfillment centers, which is located in the United States, 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273.

Meanwhile, packages from EU are sent out from our supplier’s which is located in Europe fulfillment center. Its address is Starta 1, 2nd bldg, 3rd fl, Riga, Latvia LV-1026.

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

Because our products are made to order and we are at our peak season, it could take 3-5 business days to produce and process your order. (Orders placed Friday may take an additional day)

Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer:

  • Overnight: next day delivery in the US
  • Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
  • Standard: 3-5 business days in the US and internationally, 3-6 days in Canada
  • Economy: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-10 days internationally
  • No rush: 10-20 business days internationally
  • Flat rate: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally

Yes, that’s true! All orders shipping with the overnight delivery method for domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in our system and bumped up in the fulfillment queue. For international shipments, orders with the express delivery method will be marked as priority.

Tracking information will be sent to you via email when the package leaves our facility.

If your package is travelling internationally, it will take 24 to 48 hours for USPS.com to update tracking information on their website.

International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.

Unfortunately, your package may be delayed due to circumstances that are out of our control once your package leaves our care. (ie. USPS transit delays, weather, holidays, etc.) If your package is taking an exceptionally long time to arrive, please contact us.

Our production facility is automated for processing orders as fast as possible so you can get the order ASAP. Unfortunately, because of our automated process, any requests to change an order must be submitted via our chat before the item has entered production. This prevents it from being put into production, which allows customer service an opportunity to make any changes. Once the change is made, the order is taken off hold and put back into the system. Once an order has entered production, it is going to be decorated and we are no longer able to edit the order.

From the moment the order has processed, you have until the next production upload to hold the order. Production uploads occur at 6 am, 10am and 1pm Monday through Friday Pacific Time Zone.

Every product has a size chart within its listing. If you are a little confused about the measurements in the size charts, please consider the following:

  • BODY LENGTH: (The body length is measured in a straight line from the highest point of the shoulder at the join of the collar to the bottom of the shirt.)


  • BODY WIDTH: (The body width is measured approximately 2 inches below the armhole point across the garment from edge to edge.)

To prolong the life of your shirt, turn the garment inside-out and wash it in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat. If you have to iron it, turn it inside out and use a warm iron.

Please place all Christmas orders by Monday December 17th 2018 to receive in time for Christmas (Please note this is not guaranteed and this date is based on Expected Delivery Dates for US Domestic Orders given to us by the US Postal Service)
